Podstatou na\u0161ej met\u00f3dy je steriliz\u00e1cia odpadov e\u0161te pred ich trieden\u00edm, v\u010faka \u010domu s\u00fa odpady such\u00e9, bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, bez z\u00e1pachu, a ich triedenie dosahuje 100 % efektivitu.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom technol\u00f3gie je zmie\u0161an\u00fd komun\u00e1lny odpad, ale t\u00e1to technol\u00f3gia m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00e1 aj pri spracovan\u00ed in\u00fdch typov odpadu. Po \u00favodnej pr\u00edprave (drvenie, odstra\u0148ovanie objemn\u00e9ho odpadu) sa odpady umiest\u0148uj\u00fa do komory autokl\u00e1vu \u2013 tu prebieha proces steriliz\u00e1cie. Pou\u017eit\u00edm vysok\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t doch\u00e1dza k likvid\u00e1cii mikroorganizmov a transform\u00e1cii biologicky rozlo\u017eite\u013en\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek (\u0161truktur\u00e1lne zmeny \u2013 rozvl\u00e1knenie, hydrolytick\u00fd rozklad organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok). V autokl\u00e1voch po\u010das cel\u00e9ho procesu cirkuluje vodn\u00e1 para pod vysok\u00fdm tlakom a odpad sa neust\u00e1le mie\u0161a. Po tepelnom spracovan\u00ed sa prirodzen\u00fdm odparovan\u00edm vody podstatne zn\u00ed\u017ei objem a hmotnos\u0165 odpadu. Vy\u0165a\u017een\u00fd materi\u00e1l je pripraven\u00fd na \u010fal\u0161iu mechanick\u00fa segreg\u00e1ciu, materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 a energetick\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie surov\u00edn. Vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee je such\u00fd, sa d\u00e1 \u013eahko oddeli\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010fal\u0161ej \u010dasti procesu sa odpad priv\u00e1dza na linku mechanickej separ\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 sa sklad\u00e1 zo syst\u00e9mu s\u00edt, optick\u00fdch a optoelektrick\u00fdch triedi\u010dov a pod\u00e1va\u010dov. Kon\u0161trukcia tejto linky bola prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 \u0161pecifick\u00fdm vlastnostiam sterilizovan\u00e9ho odpadu.
