J\u00e1drem na\u0161\u00ed metody je sterilizace odpad\u016f p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm jejich t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed, tak\u017ee odpad je such\u00fd, bezpe\u010dn\u00fd, bez pach\u016f a jejich t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed je 100% \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm surovinou technologie je sm\u011bsn\u00fd komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpad, ale tato technologie m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pou\u017eita pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00e9ho typu odpadu. Po po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edprav\u00e1ch (rozm\u011bln\u011bn\u00ed, odstran\u011bn\u00ed objemn\u00e9ho odpadu) je odpady um\u00edst\u011bn do komory autokl\u00e1vu &#8211; zde prob\u00edh\u00e1 proces sterilizace. V d\u016fsledku aplikace vysok\u00fdch teplot dojde k likvidaci mikrob\u016f, krom\u011b toho je biologicky odbourateln\u00e1 frakce transformov\u00e1na (struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny &#8211; rozvl\u00e1kn\u011bn\u00ed, hydrolytick\u00fd rozklad organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek). V autokl\u00e1vech b\u011bhem procesu cirkuluje vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra pod vysok\u00fdm tlakem, krom\u011b toho je odpad neust\u00e1le m\u00edch\u00e1n. Po tepeln\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed se v d\u016fsledku p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vody podstatn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed objem a hmotnost odpadu. Materi\u00e1l vyt\u011b\u017een\u00fd z komory se ide\u00e1ln\u011b hod\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu mechanick\u00e9mu t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed, zp\u011btn\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed surovin a energie. Je toti\u017e such\u00fd a snadno se odd\u011bluje.<\/p>\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu se odpad p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed na linku mechanick\u00e9ho t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze sestavy pros\u00edva\u010d\u016f, optick\u00fdch a optoelektrick\u00fdch t\u0159\u00eddi\u010d\u016f a podava\u010d\u016f. Tato linka byla navr\u017eena a p\u0159izp\u016fsobena pro specifick\u00e9 vlastnosti sterilizovan\u00e9ho odpadu. Na lince jsou odd\u011blov\u00e1ny pat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b: \u017eelezn\u00e9 a ne\u017eelezn\u00e9 kovy, plasty s rozd\u011blen\u00edm na PET, PP a jin\u00e9 plastick\u00e9 hmoty, sklo, biologicky odbourateln\u00e1 frakce (such\u00e1 a s vysokou energetickou hodnotou) a palivo pre-SRF.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno sch\u00e9ma fungov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed technologie:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-319 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/home\/commtransylvania\/bioelektra.ro\/bioelektra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/media-20170929.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"647\" height=\"916\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bioelektra.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/media-20170929.jpg 647w, https:\/\/bioelektra.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/media-20170929-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 647px) 100vw, 647px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Odd\u011blen\u00e9 suroviny jsou usm\u011brn\u011bny do zp\u011btn\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed surovin (recyklace) nebo energi\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>BIOMASA (BIOLOGICKY ODBOURATELN\u00c1 FRAKCE)<\/p>\n<p>Biomasa, kter\u00e1 vznik\u00e1 na b\u00e1zi organick\u00fdch surovin obsa\u017een\u00fdch v komun\u00e1ln\u00edm odpadu, m\u00e1 celou \u0159adu vyu\u017eit\u00ed, jako:<br \/>\n\u2022 prost\u0159edek pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed p\u016fdy,<br \/>\n\u2022 obnoviteln\u00fd zdroj na tuh\u00e1 paliva,<br \/>\n\u2022 alternativn\u00ed palivo,<br \/>\n\u2022 v\u00fdroba bioplynu,<br \/>\n\u2022 v\u00fdroba vod\u00edku,<br \/>\n\u2022 v\u00fdroba stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f &#8211; cihly, lehk\u00e9 kamenivo.<\/p>\n<p>DRUHOTN\u00c9 SUROVINY:<\/p>\n<p>V d\u016fsledku technologick\u00e9ho procesu jsou odd\u011blen\u00e9 frakce:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u017eelezn\u00e9 a ne\u017eelezn\u00e9 kovy,<br \/>\n\u2022 plasty (plastov\u00e9 frakce PET, PP a PE + PS),<br \/>\n\u2022 sklo (v podob\u011b sklen\u011bn\u00fdch st\u0159ep\u016f).<\/p>\n<p>FRAKCE PRE-SRF<\/p>\n<p>T\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a lehk\u00e9 frakce pre-SRF m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pou\u017eity pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed vysoce kvalitn\u00edho alternativn\u00edho paliva.
